MUSIC: Tom Foolery - Feel So Blue

Tom Forrest is an aboriginal Yorta Yorta man from Victoria but was raised in Kununurra. He spends his time in the Kimberly between Broome and Kununurra learning about and spreading his culture as taught to him by his Grandad by making hilarious videos on instagram, writing music, and dedicating time to tell the uplifting indigenous stories throughout the Kimberly as a journalist.

He’s recently released a single called Feel So Blue written when he was feeling isolated even when living in a nice apartment in Broome and in a great relationship. He said he didn’t have the energy or capacity to finish off the song straight away but finished it up a year later with a video clip in toe. It’s a different genre to what he’s used to but the he’s gone from Country to Rap seamlessly.
