HEARTBROKEN UGLE FAMILY DEMAND ANSWERS AFTER DEATH IN CUSTODY
The family of an Aboriginal man who died in police custody last week in Boorloo is demanding answers.
Noongar man, Wayne Ugle was held at Hakea prison last week and allegedly asked for heart medication.
The 41-year-old was found dead on November 6th while being held for minor offenses.
MIDWEST WOMAN FACES COURT FOR CARNARVON STREET BRAWL
Bernika Sharon Anne Oxenham appeared in court for her role in a riot that broke out on a street in Carnarvon, according to the ABC.
Initially pleading not guilty, Ms. Oxenham changed her plea after the charge was downgraded to disorderly conduct.
The court heard that the 34-year-old assaulted several people during the brawl in March of this year on David Brand Drive in Carnarvon.
MAN CHARGED WITH SEXUAL ASSAULT IN BROOM\E
Broome Detectives have charged a 25-year-old, Halls Creek man following an incident that happened on Sunday 12 November 2023.
Damina Kevin Steven Nungatcha stood before the Broome Magistrates court on Monday for the alleged sexual assault of the victim.
