NGAARDA MEDIA WIN AT INDIGENOUS COMMUNITY TV AWARDS

Ngaarda Media has won the News and Micro Docs Award at the Indigenous Community Television Awards for its story “A Day at the Roebourne Races”.

Other finalists were the Akeyulerre Healing Centre and Catholic Care NT.

On Thursday, Ngaarda Media’s Camilia Sampson attended the awards ceremony in Alice Springs and thanked the judges and her auntie Marion Cheedy who was the main voice in the video.
