FATAL ROAD ACCIDENT

A vehicle crash on the Burrup Peninsula in the Pilbara Sunday morning left one man dead and tow injured.

About 3.45am, a gold Nissan Patrol was travelling north on Burrup Road near the Nickol Bay Speedway when the vehicle left the road and rolled several times.

The 24 year old driver sustained critical injuries in the crash and died at the scene. 

Two passengers, aged 23 and 27 years, were not injured.

Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are seeking information regarding the incident.
