ART AND CRAFTS IN THE PARK THIS AFTERNOON IN ROEBOURNE

Marion Cheedy speaks with Kath about Arts and Crafts in the Park.

Today, an ‘Arts and Crafts in the Park’ event will be held at Andover Park in Roebourne.

‘Val and Kathy’s Craft Kitchen’ run regular craft events every Tuesday.

Today, they’re holding an outside event.

Organiser Kathy told Ngaarda Radio’s Marion Cheedy that doing arts and crafts can bring people together.

“We get the different age groups come along,” she said.
”We get young mums come along. We get aged care come along. We have the nannas. Everyone just joins in together and relaxes.”

Arts and Crafts in the Park takes place from 4 pm on Thursday 27 October at Andover park, and all are welcome to come along for art, craft, a cuppa and a meal.
