A business that turns over $6 million annually is for sale in Roebourne, according to Perth business broker and real estate agent John McManus.

Mr McManus is selling the Roebourne BP Roadhouse for its owners, who have operated it for almost 23 years.

“Their food operation is extensive,” said Mr McManus.

”They’ve got a beautifully appointed commercial kitchen, which is pristine, and they knock out a lot of sales in terms of takeaway meals and deli items. There’s a good market there. And of course they’ve got the tourist trade and local trade. They’ve built a good reputation and they’re woven into the fabric of the community.”

The asking price is $4.5 million.
