The company continues to maintain its core values now, with over a third of its employees being Aboriginal.

The company’s Indigenous Engagement, Employment and Development Manager Sharyn Hine, told Ngaarda Media how this was achieved.

“We go out we engage with Aboriginal corporations. We've got some really good job providers that are Aboriginal based”

Sharyn explained to Marion Cheedy that they “try and break down any barriers like licenses or things like that. So we know that 100% of those people will be employed. There are no barriers that are gonna stop them in any shape or form”
