PALAWA MAN ALEX PEARCE NAMED DOCKERS CAPTAIN

Palawa man Alex Pearce has been named the Fremantle Docker’s Football Club Captain, making him the team’s first Indigenous player to fill the role. 

Pearce showed his potential as a stand-in Club Captain for the Dockers during a large part of the 2022 season.

Following his appointment s Captain, Mr. Pearce paid homage to his fans. ‘‘Throughout my whole career, I’ve been incredibly supported by our fans’’ he said.

‘‘Particularly at some of my lowest points, dealing with injuries, and all throughout they’ve been a great source of motivation for me’’.
