INTERNATIONAL WOMENS DAY KDCCI & WOMEN IN SPORTS: INVESTING IN WOMEN

International Women's Day provides an opportunity to recognise the achievements of women and their contribution to society.

Later in the evening, Ngaarda Media’s Cassandra Ariuu will be on the panel and will speak at the Women in Sports event at Karratha Red Earth Precinct.  

She said, “I've learnt heaps of skills, like using the studio when I'm doing the breakfast show, and my confidence has been boosted by giving people interviews and talking on the radio.”

This International Women’s Day, KDCCI has organized an event to honour Women and has invited Ngaarda Media’s CEO Tangiora Hinaki to speak. 

She said, “ We see a lot of everyday happenings through cultural eyes, and part of our values is respect for elders, respect for culture, respect in the community and just respect in general and our workplace’’
