While many communities cancelled their Anzac Day obeservances to to COVID concerns once again, several ceremonies took place.

ANZAC ROEBOURNE

In the West Pilbara, Roebourne saw several hundred people turn up for the March, Dawn Service and wreath laying.

ANZAC HALLS CREEK

In the East Kimberley, Halls Creek Shire president and Vietnam Veteran Malcolm Edwards said the Shire organised the Anzac Day March and Dawn Service as usual.

ANZAC PERTH

After the usual Dawn Service in Perth’s Kings Park and the march down St George’s Terrace, Noongar and Maori people performed Indigenous dances to honour the Indigenous veterans who served in their country’s wars.
