KYRENE CLINCH SAYS WA HEALTH LET HER FAMILY DOWN
Recently diagnosed with cancer, Mother of 3, Kyrene Clinch of Port Hedland was flown by the RFDS to Perth on the 14th of May for surgery at the Royal Perth Hospital.

PETA EDWARDS WINS FEATURE RACE AT CANARVON RACES
In an Australia first Canaravon Race Club has recognised traditional owners at their Ladies Day event on the weekend. Aboriginal woman Peta Edwads won the feature race over the weekend putting the icing on the cake for a day celebrating, culture, fashion, art and families that have been involved in racing for many years
CARS STOLEN FROM PARABURDU
Two vehicles were stolen in Paraburdu over the weekend. Sergeant Mark Monaco of the Paraburdu Police told Ngaarda Media the vehicles were unlocked with the keys in them.
YAMATJI MEETING CANCELLED
Yamatji Mulpa Aborginal Corporation has canceled their 8th annual On-Country Bush Meeting at the Yule River Meeting Place due to high covid numbers and low vaccination rates in the Pilbara region.
