KELLY SENTENCED OVER CLEO SMITH KIDNAPPING

Yesterday in the District Court, Terence Kelly was sentenced to 13 years and 6 months in prison for depriving parents Ellie Smith and Jake Gliddon of possession of their child Cleo.
