LIFELINE WA HOSTS 'BAREFOOT BOWLS' IN KARRATHA

Lifeline WA Ambassador, Leon Ruri will host a ‘barefoot bowls’ event tomorrow in Karratha.

Mr Ruri says that some FIFO workers struggle with work life and home life.

“They are very unique individuals that work in the industry because of the fact that we are balancing two worlds. As we have seen historically its been a challenge for many FIFO workers with breakdowns of relationships and breakdown in their own mental health. Statistics show that they are at a higher risk of mental fatigue.”
