Save Our Songlines is a group of Murujuga custodians fighting to stop industrial expansion on the Burrup Peninsula in Western Australia’s Pilbara.

Mardudhunera woman Raelene Cooper and Kuruma Mardudhunera woman Josie Alec from Save Our Songlines spoke to Ngarluma broadcaster Camilia Samson about new projects planned for the Burrup, the agreement between state government and Ngaarda-Ngarli that enables industry, and other Aboriginal people fighting for their ngurra across Australia.
