FIRST NATIONS ADD FLAVOUR TO BOOST JUICE
Boost Juice and a First Nations woman have partnered to incorporate native flavours ingredients in Boost juices.
An experienced chef and Namber-Waylong woman Sharon Windsor was approached by Boost Juice for the collaboration which uses traditional bush tucker ingredients.
Ms Windsor said she hoped the partnership will bring native flavours to an audience who may have never tried Aboriginal bush tucker.
“What it’s about is taking our produce and our flavours and our well-being to mainstream platforms,” she said.
“We’re doing three native flavours. I wanted to do flavours that people may not be familiar with.”
