 “Some people have asked the Federal Minister for the Environment to use the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Heritage Protection Act to protect Murujuga. I have been nominated by the Minister to prepare a report to help her decide what to do.

“On 19 October 2022, I published paperwork calling for submissions to help me with my report. I invited people to write to or talk to me about Murujuga.

 “The paperwork can be found here.

 “You have until Wednesday 30 November 2022 - 5pm AWST to have your yarn or send your paperwork.
